Leadership traits for success

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedin

There are notes from a toastmaster leadership training. It was very good. Any inaccuracies is the fault of the note taker.

– A new investor of a big company invested $10 to a small company and lost it all. He thought he would be fired. Vice president says why fire you when we have just invested $10 mill in your training.
– Top-notch leaders are adventurous. They are unafraid of change. They are comfortable in being in situations others find uncomfortable.
– One CEO tried to fly a balloon around the world. Someone beat him to it. But he had tried.
– Teddy Roosevelt incensed about the Spanish attacking Cuba. He retired and hired a small army called the rough riders. He helped win the war. He later became the 26th President of the United States.
– You might consider yourself to be the adventurous type. The speaker had to find a new job so he could devote as much time as he wanted to toastmasters.
– Maybe you don’t consider yourself adventurous and stay at a hotel that is less than 5 stars.
– One organization did a survey to determine leadership qualities. T
The third leadership trait is leaderships who are inspiring.
Second: leaders who are forward-looking.
The first trait is honesty.
– New CPO of Microsoft book: nonviolent communication to his management.
– If you can be emphatic and honest, you can be a great leader.
– A good leader needs to be able to run circles around their team. TM leaders set up the meeting in advance. Arrange presenters. Clean up afterward.
– Other leaders need to get the necessary info and plans material and equipment for jobs. And check quality.
– Consider a pyramid put a line in the middle. On top half cut in half again. On top of that cut another half. You can expect to delegate a task and expect it to be done. You need to train your staff are trained in their jobs. You need to see which members of your staff can be delegated a difficult task and they will do it. There are also those members who are not as responsible.
– Toast Master staff: leaders made at toastmasters are made by doing. They do the projects in Toastmasters and learn to lead by doing that.
– You manage things and you lead people. Have you ever heard of anyone managing a horse to water? Managers need to learn how to lead people.
– We have the evaluation program to leader people and to encourage them.
– Teddy Roosevelt paraphrase: speak softly and carry a big stick. And where or not you need to manage things or lead people leader your people with an adventurous leader. Be honest and empathetic and you will go far.
– Resolutions:
– One person makes a life plan on how he will live the current year.
– Resolution: firm decision to or not to do something.
– Story: 1973: the United States had been involved in the Vietnam War. Sign the Paris peace agreement. Turned down drafts three times writer said that the best I can do. Kissinger: “I will read it.”
– In or positions of leadership do we do the best we can do?
– Challenge of 2020 to give the best we have to our clubs.

– Satan’s goal is to prevent us from returning to God. By the 3 Ds. The 3 Ds are deception, distractions, and discouragements.
– Deception: makes sin look good.
– In the first vision, Satan tried to prevent Joseph to seek God
– Moses1: how Satan tried to deceive Moses. Moses 1:
– 3 Nephi 14:13
– Money, media, technology, sports hobbies show what is important to us
– Satan uses discouragement.
– Thinking errors: watch the emotions we are thinking.
– Satan makes us feel we are not worthy of our successes.
– How to combat:
Love the Lord.
Pray every day.
Read the Book Of Mormon each day.
Prayerfully partake of the sacrament.
– Christ found us worthy to sacrifice himself for us.

The dangers of the Real ID for citizen privacy and rights.

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedin

This presentation was given by Robert Scott bell. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

– Real id 2020 act: could be the backdoor to adult vaccine mandates? Apply laws of creation to healing.
– Rights come from God, not from the bill of rights and constitution. Those documents acknowledge these rights come from God.
– There is a point as adults we stop asking permission to do something when we already have a right to do that.
– There is no such thing as public health. It’s our own health or nobody. I get sick or get well as an individual.
– Beware of emergencies, for the rule of necessity knows no law. You know about the 10 commandments but there is an 11the commandment. If there is an emergency ignore the 10 commandments.
– 2005 puts medial data in the driver’s license id. Licenses with a star on them already have been linked. Argentina now has requirements that can’t travel id password drivers’ licenses until all adults have been vaccinated. Force people to comply if they want to travel or drive.
– EU’s vaccine ID timeline is that by 2022 implements bio info to ids.
– World health organization has announced a decade of disease elimination. This organization is ripe with corruption and questionable relationships with pharmacies co. It follows an agenda for sustainable development. Look up what sustainable development means. Google it. It comes from international treaties, United Nations to bind the United States in violation to the constitution. Secret code for Communism. Government control of resources, land and the people who lived there.
– Wants universe health coverage to 2030. Implement socialized medicine.
– Your fear of disease may motivate you to say freedom is too dangerous.
– 2019 an organization listed the top ten threats to global health. Vaccine hesitancy is one of them. One’s aversion could be labeled as a ‘mental illness’ that needs to be cured. Vaccine producers are not liable for their bad mistakes.
– Bill gates say this fear of vaccine hesitancy can be combatted through technology.
– Bill supports invisible ink tattoos that can scan your identity. Walk by a scanner and they will know if you’ve been vaccinated. Also, Nano (nanites) needles or micro-needles can insert nanites.
– The national vaccine program offices have labeled citizens as ‘herds’.
– I’m not willing to light my child on fire to keep your child warm.
– There are 250 new vacations in the pipeline. Once accepted by the government, the producers of those products are not liable to consequences. When a company is removed from liability this loses integrity. People who once were nice will do evil things. There is a lay book and an agenda by these people.
– 2010 Utah legislators voted against the data encoded Driver’s License. In 2018, they changed their minds. Government Herbert repealed the 2010 act. Utah senate bill 3002. Utah still fully engaged in REAL ID. link: https://le.utah.gov/~2018S3/bills/static/SB3002.html
– Head of homeland security can change the rules of the real id act under the label of measles or embolia is coming. It will require mandatory vaccination.
– Fear of health triggered by 9-11
How to target religious minorities:
1. Rockland kids lose bid for vaccine exemptions, so parents challenge state emergency regulations. Governor Cuomo labeled these Jews as unclean. Targeted the Jews
2. Some injections contain aborted baby tissue. And that is why some religious objections to vaccines.
3. Doctors don’t dare stand up to medial exceptions because they are being targeted and fear they will lose their license. During ww2 the Jews were forced to wear gold stars. If they didn’t they got arrested or fined. See if your driver’s license has a gold star. It is connected to your social security number and medical info.

What can we do?
– New Jersey gathered outside of the city buildings and the law to force vaccines
– Many may submit to losing religious liberty because the restrictions are inconvenient.
– Nullify everything: reject resists and nullify all unconstitional acts. Taught by the 10th amendment.
– We need to alert senators and legislators of danger.
Here are additional notes about the tax bill that was pasted in 2019 and more info about the two partitions that were reported on in last week’s blog.
– Jury(?) had a one-day window to adopt a 200 bill. It changed a lot of taxes reduces income taxes to 4.6T imposed tax on gas ignoring the citizens voting and thus influence the cost of good and personal vehicles. Add a new tax entity. Add services sales tax. This year service taxes have been assigned to uber, security services, digital audio and digital, towing, identify theft, pet boarding, and Internet hosting services. Dating services and shipping and handling services.
– Pulled bill in March. Hire an advertising agency. Citizens still opposed it. Dec 9th proposed a new bill passed 200-page bill. Selected industries who don’t have lobbyists.
– Utah county change of government. Nathan Ivey in SL county did Mayer controlled county government. Councilman Tanner put on voting ballet. The petition has a deadline of Jan 5 th stop Mayer controlled five-member commission. There is an online form you can fill out. You need to sign your name just like you registered to vote. Commissioner salary is salary neutral. Website: utahcountypertitn.com

Two petitions

This is a new submission to caucus corner.

There are two website petitions going around that can be signed to address two concerns.

The first is how people control the definition of the Utah County government so it’s not being controlled by Mayers.

Utah county change of government.

The second one I don’t have a link. I don’t know if it has the same deadline. tax on gas and services. The second one is to have the state legislators adopted 200-pg tax bill. It changed a lot of taxes reduces income taxes t. 4.66 imposed a tax on gas ignoring the citizens voting. This gas tax will influence the cost of goods in the store and personal vehicles. The state government added a new tax entity. Add services sales tax. This year service taxes have been assigned to uber, security services, digital audio and digital, towing, identify theft, pet boarding, and Internet hosting services. Dating services and shipping and handling services.
Pulled bill in March. Hired an advertising agency. Citizens still opposed the tax increase. Dec 9th proposed a new bill passed 200-page bill.
Selected industries who don’t have lobbyists.

This petition deadline might be Jan 21st.

Difference between farther and further

FARther is for distance. How FAR do you want to go is a hint for farther.
Further is related to time. You want to discuss the fUture, think of fUrther.

Do you have a better idea for spelling? Please share in the comment section of this blog.
