Style:

  • If you look great you feel great.
  • Do not use the same suit for church, as your engagements. Your church suit shows signs of wear.
  • Make sure you have a suit for professional engagements.
  • People take 9 seconds to evaluate someone.
  • If you are not dressed properly for the gig your audience will disengage.
  • Get your suit tailored to fit properly. Needs to be done professionally. We don’t do shoulders
  • Some shops have professional tailors but need to check if their tailors do shoulders.
  • Once dressed up professionally for a school and it didn’t fit.
  • Ask the program director who is the audience. You need to dress like they dress.
  • Ladies will take their family. They will say you look good and you won’t. Also, don’t go shopping alone.
  • Speaker will always dress nice. As he might meet his audience during his travels.
  • Women: 80% of women wearing the wrong size braw or wrong style. When you put on your outfit it messes up your outfit. Go to Victoria secret and be sized.
  • Do not take your friends shopping. You need someone who will be awesome in giving you an honest opinion.
  • Women: audience looks at you on stage. No sandals. Business casual then dress one step above. Never sandals. Can use a nice flat.
  • Women often wear heals that are too high and they don’t know how to walk in heels.
  • Every guy should have dress shoes. Must have strap. Or shoe laces.
  • Should have two colors black and a variation of brown.
  • Shoe trees keep your sores in good condition.
  • You tie width should match the width of the ‘V’ of your suit. Shoes should match belt.
  • If you try to wear what’s trending it will make you look older.
  • Your shirt should not be lower than your belt. Don’t let the shirt drop over your belt.
  • Women need to dress more conservative.
  • Dress so that when people see you they take you seriously.
  • Guys if you want to be confident were dress suits and fun socks.
