Treating our body like a temple

Here are some notes from a church meeting. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

– Heavenly father only uses the best materials to build his temple.
– The temple represents covenants with God.
– Each is a beacon of light in the world arou8nd us.
– We are invited to emulate our lives and bodies like temples.
– We are to fulfill specific duties in life. And fulfill our spiritual purposes.
– Our bodies should be well represented to stand as witnesses of Christ.
– How do we present our self? We have to maintain our building
– Maintenance is more than preventing premature death.
– Eat healthily. Exercise. Rest.
– The word of wisdom is the owner’s manual of our bodies.
– For others to feel the spirit of Christ then we need to be welcoming.
– Come to church in our Sunday best we reflect his holy places.
– When we feel good we illustrate the light of Christ.
– Be careful of what we permit to enter into our bodies and our minds.
– Have we become numb and tolerant of the evils of the day?
– In certain events, if the spirit leaves so should we.
