  2. got this email from Liz L.

I am a citizen of the United States of America. I was raised to stand with my hand over my heart as our flag, a banner that represents our liberty, is unfurled. I enjoy the privilege of reciting with conviction the pledge of allegiance penned by my mighty men who fought at great personal sacrifice to assure we as a nation would never have to fall under the tyranny they endured. And I was taught to respect those men and women who put their lives on the line to protect the legacy of our great nation as they stand unwavering, committed to preserving the treasured values so many have battled for.

Last summer, I became acquainted with Chris Herrod. He was campaigning for the congressional seat in Utah’s third district. I like what he had to say, but I wanted to be certain that his character matched his words, so I started to do my own research. I was overwhelmingly impressed with what I found. Chris Herrod, was not just another politician looking to push a personal agenda. His passion was sincere, his love for his country was real.

This was a man that I knew would say what needed to be said, and do what needed to be done. He was not going to be corrupted by greed, or driven by seduction for power, because this motivation was not for himself, but for the preservation of a people and a nation he loved.

Chris Herrod, is not a spin doctor, he does not speak out of both sides of his mouth. He is a man of integrity, honor, and loyalty. He has a clear vision of what needs to be done. He isn’t going to sit on the fence or be swayed by special interest and other politicians, he will represent me and you.

Don’t allow another politician to fill a seat where they can write the laws that protect their interest, while neglecting yours. I’ve had enough of those politicians and their way of governing. I want someone who will protect my rights, my Constitution, and my freedoms and I know Chris will do that.

Join me in supporting Chris Herrod for Congress.

    Sincerely,

    Liz Lemon Swindle
