Gratitude

Notes from a lesson at church.

  • Gratitude is learned.
  • Gratitude to a heavenly father is say yes even though you want to say no.
  • The opposite of gratitude is taking things for granted.
  • How often in our prayers do we give a list of what we are thankful for?
  • Resist going on autopilot of a prayer. Think of specific blessing for on a specific day to be more specific for prayers.
  • Br peters looking a tank of fish and asked who feeds the fish. Attending who fees them. Attendant. I do. Have they ever thanked you? O. just like heavenly father helps us and we don’t hank him.
  • Amon: let us give thanks to God.
  • On a mission, every companion you have will teach something important in your life.
  • Our struggles can turn into strengths. Christ; I will make weak things strong.
  • A mission is not the best two years of your life but is the best two years of your life.
  • In prayer have a conversation and talking to our Heavenly Father. Talk about our life to God
