Good: medicine

Bad:    medican

I have a hard time spelling this is one but maybe this visual image that might help. What is the common advice with doctor? Take two aspirin and call me in the morning. Well there are two Is. The little dots on top of the I look like a tablets/pill, medicine. There is also two Es.

Medicine does not come from a can. So no can in medicine.
