Over a year ago, I attended a workshop on fourth-generation time management. Here are some of the things I learned.

– More production in less time
– 20% of your activity yields 80% of your production
– 20% of your customers feel that 80% of your results. 20% of your time creates a set of results
– Start your day with at least 50 minutes of exercise
– Relationships becomes more important success
– Take responsibility for life balance.
– Focus on what is the most important in key roles of life.
– Discipline, commandment and focus on life balance.
– Body – mind that spirit
– Block schedule your practice and life so that you preform the highest result activities at your peak performance time
– Take better care of yourself
