– Gratitude really helps.
– Go to lds.org. Guide to the scriptures look up thought and sees what it means.
– You need to take care of yourself physically mental and spiritual
– Take care of spiritual responsibilities first and the rest needs of your life will be taken care of.
– Lord has opportunities to share his love. The Lord answers the prayers of volunteers. As you help others with their heavyweights, your weights will be lightened. (Paraphrase)
