Here are some notes I took from a church talk. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

– In 1831: prayer and thanks should be directed heavenward.
– Commandment: thou shalt love the lord they god with all thy heart and all ty mind and
– Remember to give God thanks for your blessings.
– Song: when you are discouraged to think of what God has done and it will surprise you how much God has done.
– On the Sabbath, we have the opportunity to take the sacrament. We can feel forgiveness when we take the commandment. We can be cleansed from sin. When we feel gratitude for the things Christ has done we will feel his love.
– The Sabbath is a perfect time to remember the commitments we made at baptism.
– God will lead us along.
– We can begin today in private and public prayer to thank god for his blessings
– You can pray to ask the holy ghost to guide you and who to help
– Do your best day by day and know that the god knows you and loves you. You will find that your life has real meaning and your life can be filled with peace and joy.
– Those who abide with me won’t dwell in darkness.
– Joseph f smith: the pure simple gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored. We are responsible to maintain it here on the heart.
– Obedience to commandments helps us experience peace and joy.
– Loving God and loving our neighbor is the doctrine foundation of ministering.
– Learning and teaching the gospel in your family is an important way to find happiness.
