Here are notes from my weight class.

  • Heart disease is also known as caralascer diseases or coronary disease issue of the buildup of cholesterol and other material, called plaque, on their inner wall of arteries.
  • With narrow arteries, is it more difficult for blood to flow.
  • It is the number 1 cause of death. It can be managed.
  • Heart disease: the conditions can be prevented and improved by lifestyle.
  • 1 of 4 deaths due to heart diseases
  • Risk factors: high calories high blood pressure high fat, salt diet, smoke, overweight, not exercise, excessive alcohol intake. Heredity.

How to manage:

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables
  • eat more whole grains,
  • choose heart-healthy proteins,
  • choose unsaturated fats and oils, move ore,
  • Limit sodium, sugar, and alcohol, low-fat dairy.
  • Grains try different breads.
  • Bake a lot of fish flavor with lemon. B
  • utter spray on corn or fish.
  • Chose unsaturated oils/
  • Limits sodium low-fat item
  • Move more.

Symptoms:

  • Shortness of breath,
  • get tired,
  • coughing and wheezing,
  • lack of appetite,
  • difficulty concentrating
  • increased heart rate.
  • At end of the day, calories burn the same way.
  • Try to choose something in an area you may be low
  • Exercise muscles strengthen the body so you are more stable.
  • Best to lose weight
  • 45 min of cardio 3-5 times a week.
  • When walking if you can participate in a conversation. your speed is ok.
  • Target each area of your body by cardio exercise
  • get the heart rate up and make it work hard. most efficient way to burn calories.
  • Strength training is used to tone your body.
  • Help track of lowering not just the rise.
  • Hold band in hand foot of exercise band and pull with the other arm.
  • Shoulder raise with an exercise band.
  • Strength training 3 times a week.
  • Reps rest 30 seconds between sets. Do all sets 3 times a week.
  • Search on YouTube: resistance band exercise.
