Here are my notes for this week’s addiction class. Any inaccuracies in my notes are the fault of the note taker.

  • When you write something down have a better chance of achieving that goal.
  • This class gives us the opportunity of self-reflection, learn how to rely upon the Savior, acknowledge the streets and weaknesses. Too often we ignore our strengths.
  • We need to see other negatives but we also need to see our positives we are often better than we think we are.
  • Some people feel that they are distasteful because of their imperfections.
  • When you trust yourself to be accountable it can be of release.
  • If you don’t involve someone you only source of knowledge will be safe. He wants to cut you down.
  • One class member reminds us that Christ is gentle.
  • Prices come to save the world.
  • If there are any actions that could prevent you from going to the temple you need to make it right with the proper authority and with God. It’s
  • Each meeting you can share what you learn. You do not share with anyone else what occurred inside the class is a place of confidentiality and anonymity.
  • Often when we feel shame we can isolate ourselves. That sense of isolation can prevent you from going to others for help.
  • We only as sick as our secrets.
  • The Holy Ghost can tell you what to share not share.
  • You will open to a specific component.
  • The meeting emphasizes how the Savior has helped you and encourages others to rely upon the Savior.
  • When we feel vulnerable and afraid we may be tempted not to come back.
  • The meetings are not to point out members failures but to provide support and.
  • The apostle, Paul, understood weaknesses as he worked on his weaknesses, phone on his side, throughout his life.
  • Infirmities cause us to turn to our heavenly father.
  • The meetings provide a chance for us to allow Christ atonement to release us from our character defects.
