Advice for Better Sleep:

Got this info from a radio show called the browser.

– Women, blood flow put on socks and mittens for women because blood flow does not work as well for women.
– Sleep on your side, put a small pillow between legs to prevent misalignment of spine and can enhance knee pain.
– Most people use too fluffy of a pillow. You don’t want to push the neck forward.
– If you sleep on your stomach, sleep with a soft pillow.
– The older with a spinal curve need a fuller pillow to make sure spin go straight. You can put a tennis ball in the back of your pj as a remind you about the habit of sleeping straight.
– Don’t fall asleep watching TV. Commercials broadcast louder and can wake you up
– Don’t sleep with pet, they’ll wake them up to go to the bathroom
– Have the room cooler. the ideal temperature 60-68.
– Certain asthma or high pressure meds have caffeine that can cause people to stay up. Ask your doctor when taking them would influence sleep patterns
– Don’t have media by your bed
