During the summer, I attend a Success 2013 two day workshop that presented several motivation speakers. I took notes. Here are some ideas by Tom Hopkins. This is going to be a different topic as this is teaching as today’s topic is real estate sales recommendations. The suggestions provided here can help in multiple areas of employment.

–        You sell yourself all the time.

–        When giving out business cards to potential customers. This real estate agent will put thank you on the card and will stay for potential possibilities of human serve you on your needs.

–        One good idea can provide enormous success. If you apply it.

–        Approaches for getting better results with clients:

–        Ask a question that requires thought on the part of the buyer that will yield more information and promote more communication between you.

–        Close questions is a good way for decisive results. You can ask questions in advance that cause a yes answer to prepare the customer for the yes answer on the final cell.

–        The down question requires a yes. At the end is that not so? Wasn’t it? Are some examples. This creates a minor agreement between the buyer and the seller and can land to the desired results.

–        Alternate question: would you like to meet Tuesday or Wednesday? Either response plans to a minor agreement and leads toward the major decision.

–        A major influences assess is how you handle rejection and failure.

–        Never see a lack of a sale as failure, but as a learning opportunity.

–        Never see failure as failure, it’s an opportunity to practice techniques and perfect your presentation.

–        Turn your cars in the classrooms.

–        In the real estate never let the buyer and seller talk.

These are a few selling ideas. If you have additional recommendations, please feel free to share them in the comment section of this blog.
