Difference between To and Too:

 Too: means something in excess and can also mean in addition with.

Example: Do you think he speaks too loudly.

You felt the joke is funny too?

 

To can indicate direction

Example: I gave the ball to her.

To can also be used to help with the transition of a verb,

Example: I had to run after her.
