These notes are from a presentation by Larry Hilton. He helped with the law for gold to be a Utah currency. He is co-founder behind Your Health Freedom. Offers an alternative to western medicine. Any misinformation on these notes is the fault of the note taker.
Cover 4 topics
1. US currencies (plural) in the founding of the nation’s concerns of currency came up with financial currency (not backed by gold or silver). There was a phrase used that said ‘not worth a continental’. It was related to unbacked legal tender. During the constitutional convention in early US history, they wanted a precious metal currency. US economy never does better except when in precious metal.
– There are five types of currency a. Federal Reserve note. (The dollar) it used to be redeemable to legal tender or gold and silver. Now we have no back currency. Currency is now based on debt.
– B. base metal currency coins like nickels, Gold, Silver, and Platinum designated as legal tender.
– From 1965-to 1985>last tight to US previous metals. In 1971 we told the world if you hold dollars we will always back them. In 1985, President Regan reinstituted gold and silver. Go to legal https://www.tender-services.com/. click on the blog. Put in a prevision in US code, the golden rule. That means all funds that were realized by the treasury like the sell gold will go toward paying back the national debt.
– When we think of these different currencies they usually only think of the Federal Reserve note.
– The type of currently we want to use is based by the people. Want debt or pay by precious metals or do we want a combination. Case law in Utah points out the importance of use. People bought gold and they didn’t use it.
2. We need to exer4icse intelligent choice in currently. When do we want to use what currency? If paying a debt do you want to pay with money that will keep its worth or money that may not say the same worth?
A. recognize you have choice
B. Obtain some of the currencies such as Gold, Silver, and Gold back. Start using them as currency.
– By using federal notes that change worth it influences the national syciee.
If buying a house what currency would you use when buying a home. The tax basis is the measuring will be used to determine the capital gains tax when you sell that house. If you use the silver dollar asset it would have $0 gain. If paid by Federal notes you’d pay an extra $100 K.
3. The legal tender act recognizes another legal tender outside of gold and silver that the state recognizes. Using gold coupons that be used as money. Told coupons are useful for tax. Use this as currency and you don’t have to worry about capital gains if the same amount.
Legaltender.services.
– Why you should spend legal tender? In the legal debate between thorn and Wilson verses Utah tax commissions in 1984. Since they used metal currency in different ways, the court said their money was not subject to tax. Get money coupons at goldback.com so you use the gold back to buy things with legal tender. If you store it away the IRS will want to add capital gains tax. Using the gold back would not let the store to sell back at a higher price then they got it.
– You can use precious metal like a Roth IRA. There are no contribution limits. When you buy groceries it is not a taxable event.
Recognize options
– Use a currency
– Tax commission > write tax commission > send a message that should be legal tender. Next few weeks tell them your feelings.

One thing that may help me keep them separate is the word within the word. PerMANent means something that can’t be removed. The actions of a MAN or a woMAN can enable things to be permanent. So put in the word man.
Permeant means something that can penetrate or saturate an object. This can often be through the pores. When a person is MEAN to others, their actions make a perMEANant effect on their victim’s life.

The following are notes from the source.
– Make Your Floors Shine: With wood and tile floors, after a while, the floor loses its shine. To get it back to its tip-top shape, it can be really pricey. To fix that problem without breaking the bank, dissolve 100 grams of baking soda in a bucket of warm water. Then mop the floor with this mixture and rinse off after. Now your floors will sparkle!
– Appliances Like New: After using appliances like dishwater or coffeemaker for a while, they start having a weird smell and look less-than-clean. To make them look and smell as good as new again, run an empty cycle with some baking soda inside.
– Litter Box: When owning a cat, you probably know the side effects that it leaves behind for you to see. If you want to keep your cat’s odors as minimal as possible, sprinkle some baking soda into the litter box. Now you’ll notice a lot less of your cat’s smell.
– Exfoliate: Baking soda has been said to be a great exfoliant for your skin. Try creating a paste with three parts baking soda and one part water. Rub it on your skin gently in circular motions and then rinse it off with warm water and pat your face dry.
– Hair Treatment: We all know how expensive salon treatments are, not to mention, how expensive they can be as well. If you try a treatment at home, it can take less time and money. Mix some baking soda into your conditioner and put it in your hair as usual. This will make your hair healthier and stronger, helping it avoid split ends.
– Trash Bin Miracle: One unpleasant experience is opening the garbage can and getting a whiff of a terrible smell of trash. To eliminate this scent, spread out some baking soda at the bottom of the garbage can or the bag inside and say goodbye to the smell.
– Rain Repellent: While it’s already risky to drive during a rainstorm, if you’re doing so with bad windshield wipers, you might be in for a wild ride that could end in disaster. Take a damp cloth, sprinkle some baking soda on it and wipe your windshield down. Next time you’re in a rainstorm, you’ll see more water-repelling off.
– Chicken Pox Cure: If you’ve never had chickenpox, consider yourself lucky. If you did have it in the past, you’ll know that it’s no laughing matter. Mix half a tablespoon of baking soda with water to help ease the urge to itch. Soak a soft washcloth in the mixture and lay it on the itchy parts of your body until it’s dried up.
– Clean Food Containers: Seeing as people put all kinds of foods in their plastic containers, it makes sense why they typically don’t look so clean anymore. Fron pasta sauces, grease, and oils, there are things that stick to the containers every time they’re used. Sprinkle some baking soda onto a clean sponge and scrub away at them to make them look new again.
– Clean Your Sponges: It seems like a waste of time to clean your dirty dishes with an equally dirty sponge, don’t you think? It’s definitely not getting your dishes as clean as you think they are. If your sponges aren’t looking great, soak them in warm water and baking soda overnight and then rinse them off the next morning.
– Pet Bed Odors: Most people agree that their pet is like a part of their family. However, pets just so happen to leave stains and smells around the house, which can become aggravating. If your pet’s bed is starting to smell bad, sprinkle it with some baking soda and allow it to sit for 15 minutes before vacuuming it.
– Canker Sores: Canker sores are a rather common phenomenon and they are very annoying, not to mention, painful. The way to get rid of them quickly and on a budget is with some baking soda, of course. Rinse your mouth with a mouthwash that contains baking soda twice a day every day until the sore is gone. Simple as that!
– Calluses: Even though calluses aren’t a danger to your health or anything, they can still cause some discomfort while applying pressure to the feet. A study recently proved that soaking the feet in a baking soda bath can help soften the skin, eliminate scabbing, and improve callus problems.
– Oil Or Grease Fire: There’s a good reason why a lot of fire extinguishers contain baking soda. It reacts with the heat in a fire in order to produce carbon dioxide. In turn, this helps extinguish the fire. Meaning, baking soda can be very helpful when putting out a small grease fire. We wouldn’t suggest to use this on a large fire. If you aren’t sure, it’s best you call for help.
– Diaper Rash: Diaper rash is pretty unavoidable and happens to most babies at some point, but that doesn’t make it easier for parents to see their babies in pain. Buying a cream from the pharmacy can be pricey at times and not even work well. Instead, try sprinkling some baby soda into your baby’s bathtub. After soaking in the water for a bit, the baby should feel much better.
– Clean Walls: As a parent, you always want to encourage your kids to explore their artistic side and let their imagination run wild. However, when that means they start drawing on walls, that’s less ideal. If this happens to be the case, don’t stress. Take a damp cloth and sprinkle some baking soda onto it. Rub at the marks for a bit and then wipe it down with a dry cloth. No more drawings!
– Cloth Diapers: If you’re someone who uses cloth diapers instead of disposable ones for the baby, you probably know the struggle of keeping up with all the laundry. Well, in order to make sure the diapers are sanitized properly, dissolve 1/2 cup of baking soda into 2 quarts of warm water and soak the diapers in it for a while. Once that’s done, toss them all into the washing machine and wash them as usual.
– Coat Closet Cleanliness: It can be rather disappointing to open up your coat closet for the first time n the winter. After sitting in a closet for many months, your jacket might not smell the best. To solve this issue, put an open box of baking soda in the closet and let it work its magic.
– Keep Flowers Fresh: People put so much love and thought into buying someone a bouquet of flowers, but it’s always so disappointing when they die only days later in the vase. To keep them fresh for a longer period of time, toss a teaspoon of baking soda into the water the flowers are in.

These are notes from an online video town hall. Any misinformation is the fault o the note taker. This is a submission to caucus corner.
Was in the Marine Corps for 30 yrs. (?). I went to BYU 1979-82 and went back to the marine core.
Fist became involved with politics by hanging flyers on doors on behalf of the caucus system. Eventually became an appointed delegate now a member of the state central committee. I became part of the adjustments. Got to know the country commissioner. He got a master’s degree in public relationships.
– Q: What do you see are the largest issues facing the county and how address them?
– A: Want to see the greater teamwork. I don’t like the under headed talking about other commissioners. Don’t like the infighting. Want county to be fiscally responsible. We will have 19 million at the end of the yr. and plan to use $10 million and put money in reserves. Not using projected income wisely.
– Q: What would you use the extra 9 million for?
– A: Would not mind if we rollback so many taxes for homes and equipment. Push back by 30%
– Q: Opinion of revised Utah county government.
– A: The 3 commissioners serve with mayors and others in another capacity when discussing growth or infracture. 9 council members in 2018 were proposing a tax increase for the cities. When they were turned down they proposed that county increase taxes. One event was the council voted against a certain business contributions (I think SLC) council and people voted against it. But some of the council wanted it and the Mayer agreed and taxes increased. Don’t have a good answer about why there should be a 9 member council.
– Q: What are our thoughts on the signature rout for candidates rather than just the caucus system?
– A: He is not doing signatures. Prefer all candidates to go through the caucus system. Understand why the governor made it easier by electronic signatures.
– Q: What do you see the most pressure need?
– A: We need to tally commission to get along. Allow someone who disagrees with you to voice their opinion. Never criticize another without considerations of what that can do to you as a body. He has the experience to help to address conflict.
– Q: Whose policy do you agree with on the commission?
– A: Bill lee. He spent a lot of time-related to the bus system. He is the most conservative of the group in Tom’s opinion. Anything business can do for the community should be done by those private businesses rather than the federal government. When considering a tax increase need to consider other options.
– The county conference center, Bill promoted it, we pay 1.3 a yr. and will take 20 years to pay if off. We are getting involved in things that should be devoted to the public sector. Other areas could be cut.
– Q: More established communities often push their will over less established communities?
– A: tom had not thought of that. Some of the city councils are paid high salaries and don’t work full time.
– Q: What is your opinion of building a bridge across Utah Lake?
– A: First heard of it. I don’t like it. Prefer not to do it as it would interrupt the use of the lake. Have EPA do a fund to clean up the lake. I would rather keep it open.
– Q: What to introduce to the job.
– A: Supreme judge Roberts was criticized with how conflicted they are. Roberts said they go around and shake each other’s hands. Avoid criticizing one another. It can cause contentions in other departments.
– Q: Will tax decrease due to the virus?
– A: That is a possibility. GAs at under $2.00 is hurting our country. In Provo district wants to do a 4 million bond for a school. After the first quarter of every year, we should have a pretty good idea where we are in each department. We should do a town hall and express these are the issues.
– He does feel the virus things will be short term. There will be a ripple effect as we get back to work.
– Q: How would you address the tax increase?
– A: 67% increase some set to rainy fund other parts are for restricted funds. They don’t generally don’t use 3-5 milling that was slotted. There is $8-10 million may likely not be used. The increase should be about 30% instead. Talk to our county state delegation to have a round table meeting and talk about the use of travel and recreation funds. The tax for recreation is earmarked to promote tourism.
– 10 million is a tourism tax. It is used for state marketing. As a county two, Utah County is you can use the tax for tourism. Want to devote some of that money for sheriffs. We should part of that tax for country use and the sheriffs.
– The county sheriffs support certain towns that don’t have their own police force. Their responsibly is dedicated to crime, homelessness in the state parks. Reducing crime influenced tourism. They lost money in their department. I would like to fix the funding for sheriffs. Only one sheriff has been trained if the county faced a terrorist incident. I would like to use the funding to train more sheriffs training.
– Q: Last election you promoted minimal government?
– A: There are things we do as a country is not needed. SL county commission is bigger than Utah. And that is not because they have more residents. The government should not be large. When SL residents vote against tax increase parts of the government still arranged for the increasing count to the will of the people. We should focus our energies on only essentials, utility, fires, snow removal crime and security and other emergency services.
– The US constitution is like a picture. Put it in a frame. The declaration is the frame of that picture. City councils are your first level of representation. Counties should support the cities.
– Q: Few years we had a bad apple commissioner. If we have a few on the commission?
– A: There are no recalls for a commissioner. See what has been going on at Washington DC. It does not matter the size of the government, there are issues. With life’s challenges, we have a hard time we can’t stay on top of things. What we want is a government that is as lean as possible. Be as close to the people as possible. Did help promote the ideas of 5 commissioners but they would be part-time. IF we could just have the current three commissioners get along then we don’t need larger government.
– Believe we can have a strong and principled county government and focus energies on the basic needs and security of the people. We want to encourage businesses to come to Utah. Eagle Mountain brought Facebook. We can help the limit of the population by not being so centrally located.
– Q: There appear to be preferences for certain large businesses? What is the incentive for small businesses to come to Utah County?
– A: Since the Olympics we have worked to draw business to the state. Small business needs to go to a Mayor and say I can do this for your city. Tell the mayor to let me see your 10 yr. plan for the city and see how I can help. Small business needs to be a squeaky wheel.
These are notes from a town hall. Any information is the fault of the notes taker. This is a submission for caucus corner.
– I’m running for governor for you. The lenses I look for is leadership, the public service
– We’ve been through hard times before, we’ll get through this.
– As an emprenar he created thousands of jobs.
– Precinct chair count and state chairs. Helped run funds
– The playbook that has worked in the past will not help us now.
– See classes size go from 20 to 34 students.
– There is an over demand of housing in Utah’
– We need a fresh perspective.
– We need a non-career politician.
– I’m set apart as the only candidate who has not been involved intimately in politicians for the last decade. 2. There is not a candidate that understands Utah economies as well as I do.
– There is a chance that we will face an economic recession/depression
– Focus on 3 things
– Economic development after a health crisis. It is truing into an economic crisis. Will continue to unleash the private sector to help create jobs.
Education, especially k-12.
– There is a mismatch of jobs needed in the future compared to what our students are learning.
– A. Need to deregulate education.
– B. no more over testing
– Empower teachers: allow teachers to use special talents and abilities. Teachers need to be empowered.
– Parents need to have a choice in education. Choice creates competition and improves education.
– Change the culture that a four-yr degree is not a symbol of success. We need to pull more skills trades into high school.
– Senator McKay: members of legislators> was in proportions’ committee. Got push back from college and high school they needed to take a citizenship class. There is an issue with teaches tech to the test. We need to invest in character education. So much is being done in the education system that harms our schools.
Rural Utah needs a fighter in their corner.
– We are all one Utah.
– If we don’t have access to our lands, it influences our success.
– Push back on federal control of Utah lands.
– In choosing a Lt. Governor partner he had the criteria of a public servant. Someone who understands the legislative process. Someone who gets Utah to operate from a position of strength. I sought a conservative candidate. I choose Senator Dan McKay
– Dan McKay says he is the second most popular politician in his district.
– What a republican is? We defend life born and unborn. We believe in free and open markets. There is no such thing as free money from the government. We need to help the needy. One delegate said they would support him because he knew the caliber of his daughter.
– Q: What are you’re feeling about the constitution of liberty?
– A: We are pro-life and pro-Second amendment. The power is with the people. Each one of us has been given unalienable rights by God. I’m a limited government guy
– Q: What is your plan to bring the training of teachers in alignment with Utah values? He had to take classes for a master’s degree and his professors taught about white privilege and how bad America is.
– A: We need to protect free speech on all college campuses. We need better civic education in school Utah needs to be in charge what our students are taught.
– Q: What level of support of president trump?
– A: believes President Trump has been good for our country. His daughter told him you are like trump but nice. He likes his choices supreme justice nominees. Sometimes his mode of speech is not the best. Jeff thinks trump will be reelected.
– Q: What would you do to create opportunity in rural Utah and encourage the youth to stay where they live. They leave because there is no economic opportunity.
– A: 1. Wasatch front needs to catch our breath. We need to get ahead of the infrastructure. We need to focus on economic opportunity in rural opportunity.
– 2. We need to push back on public land. Push back against the Antiquities Act.
– 3. There is a technology opportunity in rural. One area has really fast internet. We need economic diversification.
– Q: as long as we take federal dollars. Can you work on weaning ourselves from federal purse?
– A: The best government is local. We know best how to educate our children. We need to be self-reliant. We need to say no to federal money. We can find ways to fund things. 8% of education money comes from the federal government.
– Q: How to protect taxpayers and tax money is spent properly?
– A: Everything has changed. This is the failure of a fresh perspective. ‘Want a candidate who does not owe anyone. The first thing he’ll do as governor is a top to bottom of a state audit. Need to me lean and mean as governor. We don’t have a revenue problem, we have a spending problem.
– Q:Position on sb54? (Duel track nomination process)
– A: Been active in the political system. Hate sb54. We will fight to repel 54.
– Dan McKay: ran the bill 54 to keep the caucus system alive. Sb54 did not live up to their promise. Ran repeal bills.
