Meet canidates for County Attorney and Utah County Sheriff

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedin

Got this email.

Your vote for Utah County Sheriff is perhaps the most important vote you will cast this election. The sheriff stands between you and almost anyone else, in defense of your constitutional rights.
The County Attorney is a close second, because he prosecutes those accused of criminal acts. And County Commissioners are not far behind because they comprise the legislative body of the county.
Each office has a huge impact on our quality of life. We must choose wisely!
This week, on Friday, May 25, beginning at 7:00 PM, we have the opportunity to hear from the six county-wide candidates (for the above offices) who are on the Republican Party Primary Election Ballot:
Commission
Tom Sakeivich
Tanner Ainge
Attorney
David Leavitt
Chad Grunander
Sheriff
Jim Phelps
Mike Smith
These gentleman have kindly agreed to come to the Highland City Building (5400 Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT 84003), speak to us, and answer our questions. Each will, in turn, have 20 minutes to do so.
This event is sponsored by Highland Meeting and the CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association).

Please mark this evening on your calendar, and invite friends and family to come with you to this informative meeting!

Spelling hierarchy

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedin

Good: hierarchy

Bad:   hirarcey

When I think of this word I often think about a class system. It could represent a royal hierarchy or may represent people with higher opportunity, influence or power. Visually, I think of HIgh and in the top of an ARCH, so think of HIerARCHy.

Writing for Youth

These notes are from the writer’s conference of life the universe and everything. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

  • Librarians will try to direct young readers to books that they think they’ll enjoy
  • Adults and kids read kids’ books.
  • Need challenging info for kids that are higher readers that don’t contain safe content.
  • Smart fiction: kids and adults read tougher and at different levels can be entertaining
  • Talk about the human element and the challenges they’re going through.
  • Earth sea books have multiple levels.
  • The author will put complex words in their fiction.
  • You can write material that a 5th-grade story feels comfortable in reading to their class.
  • As you write for older readers the complexities of the book increases and grey areas exist.
  • You can write stand-alone stories or a series.
  • The nice thing about a series is you’ve already y created the characters.
  • If you have a series, when you pitch or submit, you need to have an idea of what will happen in the other books.
  • Children read up. 17 magazine is read by 15 yr. olds.

Because of my transactions

These are notes from a church. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

  • Moses 6:48-49 man became carnal.
  • We may be saved from spiritual death by obeying God’s laws.
  • There are 3 definite events of lord’s program. 3 pillars of eternity. The Creation, grateful for the fall and grateful for the atonement. All three are essential.
  • Moses 5:1-9, 12: Adam and Eve heard the Lord from the Garden of Eden. Alter made to represent God. Had Adam and Eve not fallen they would not have been able to have children.
  • Moses 5: 10-15 were it not for our transgression we would not have had seed.
  • Dalen oaks: eve’s act was a glorious necessity.
  • The fall was an example of free agency
  • King Benjamin, Everything comes from God (this could even be considered the eternal plan.
  • Everyone has their Paul moment when he was Saul, the persecutor until he changed his life. We need to be able to accept that Paul into the Christin community when he joins.
  • A lot of people who have been away from the church feel like the odd person out and it is very hard for them to come back and feel a part of the group.

I attended a presentation by the founder of Oath Keepers, Stewart Rose. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

  • During the cold war, the US saved 3 yrs of grain for all citizens of the US.
  • US government did not want to protect us but buy bullets to control us.
  • The winning of the election was a battle not a war. People against him are Democrats, globalists and include many Republicans.
  • When your guy is for power, you don’t care about the constitution or care about the rule book.
  • Obama turned all the TSA and rules that were against terrorism created by Bush and turned them against the US citizens.
  • To the TSA and shadow government, we are considered the enemy.
  • Top of the dung heap: globalist list with their agents. After that radical left. They are against us
  • We are in a civil war.
  • Trump rode the wave, live a surfer, on the emotions of the core of America who want to preserve the original United States.
  • Both legal and non-legal immigrants are being told to not integrate into US society. They’re being taught to hate America and to love their homeland. By the left.
  • Communism is the most destructive theology on earth.
  • No matter why you do they will demon you.
  • Refuse fascism: the founder is a billionaire
  • The radical left is showing their true colors.
  • Article: unholy alliance between Marcus and radical Islam Note sure if this video is related: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNq7jTP_2sw

  • In schools and college of the US, we are labeled as oppressive.
  • Must ensure that the President follows the constitution. If you don’t object you lose the moral high-ground. If we don’t who will?
  • Trump is surrounded by globalists.
  • The people/ citizens are responsible for the homeland security, not the NSA.
  • Trump fan may not be aware of all the issues you are but you can touch on things that are important to them. Guns rights> ask why is the government dictating what reasons we can use.
  • If you accept the jurisdiction of government regulating drugs then you open the door to their control over everything and ignore the commerce clause.
  • We should expect the perfect storm, chaos where the US will struggle. Solution bound together as communities. Founding fathers > said melicia is the way to maintain security. Local melisha.

Spelling constituents

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedin

Good: constituents

Bad: constinutients

OK, this one is difficult for me. Maybe try this. One person to one person is when a reprehensive is a voice of their voters or consTiTuents. T i T could visually mean to/from a person to/from a person. Or the I (or me) of the politician meets up or represents the I (or me) of the voter.

The creation

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedin

These are notes from a church talk or Sunday school. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

  • Moses 1:27-42: the creation.
  • Moses aw the worlds by God’s spirits.
  • Moses saw everyone who lived on the earth.
  • God says that are mine.
  • Everything is about developing us.
  • We as God’s children have the power to create worlds and children.
  • Purpose of creation: 2 Nephi 11:15:
  • God’s purpose is to bring to pass the eternal life of man. He must create worlds.
  • We are created in God’s image.
  • Not the how, but the why. Moses’s rendition of the creation illustrates that we are a child of God and the men and women of the world are our brothers and sisters. Treat them as such.
