I went to a book of Mormon / emergency preparedness conference and here are some notes on oils. Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

 There are no standards for Therapeutic

• France is the only country that has established a standard. They were identified 6 to 10% of oils and were used for. And also 6 to 10% composites.

• You should use the oil that feels right to you. Different oils respond to different people in different ways.
• Apply neat (just oil by itself such as olive oil or coconut, grapeseed etc.) to help distribute the pure oil. The coconut oil will dry faster. You do this by putting a little oil in the palm of your hand and then adding the essential oil. This will give the skin time to absorb the oil.
• The neat is a carrier that aids in the oil absorption
• If skin is hotter irritated may be an indication that the particles or to bid for easy absorption and a carrier can usually help.
• Oils infiltrate the keyholes of the cells

• Diffuser: you can put oil on a cotton ball and put it in a Ziploc. When you breathe in the oil is quickly absorbed into the body.
• Deliverance oil: is good for flu germs.

• Essential oils are not a brand simply the product. Different companies such as Young living and DoTerra plus others distribute their essential oils.
• She said that oil should not be swallowed. (Check).
• Eucalyptus is good for headaches and migraines.
• Essential oils use expanse/types of oil.
• Absolute oils such as Rose is processed by chemicals, not by distill.
• Citrus is another oil that is cold pressed.
• Blend: means different oils are combined together to achieve a certain goal. Thieves for Young Living or On Guard for DoTerra.
• Single: is an oil of only one plant such as Rose.
• Frequency is where you can put bottles around the room with a lid still on and it can still affect and help somebody on an animal.
• Dogs with their high sensitivity to smell can become irritated with oils.
