The interpretation of each word can be analyzed by the beginner letter of each word. A leads E the alphabet and so we’ll use that same order for their interpretation.

The A (of affect) is the letter before E (of effect).

So, Affect goes in the beginning of the sentence and is an Action to do something.

Effect is result/ recipient or End of the action done by the former.
