Over a year ago, I attended a workshop on different types of business ventures. Here are some of the things I learned about seven driving forces.

Focus 80% of your time and energy on 20% of your work that is really important
80% of your sales come from 20% of your customers
80% of your problems come from 20% of your customers
20% of your customers account for 80% of your sales volume
80% of the money spent on marketing is wasted
20%. The advertising euros 80% results
You need to think of the 20% of your time and money and energy to be directed to those activities that provide 80% income.
You have to be very conscientious and wise on how you spend 80% of your time and that 80% of time provides little results
Seven building blocks of your business model time is 80/20.
