I went to a preparedness conference and these are the notes I took on this presentation.  Any misinformation is the fault of the note taker.

  • Abrasion: a surface of the skin and where most nerves reside.
  • Bleeding: your oh, shepherds purse, cayenne (can be used internally or externally. Clean the wound but not by Parkside. That damages the tissue. Make an herbal tea. Boil water. Remove from heat. Drop in the herbs. What is cool enough to use it? Herbal tea could be calendula, gun sword, Oregon great, you’re all.
  • Herbs that accelerate healing: comfy (nip bone) gum weed, plantain, calendula.
  • Manage pain: valerian, Calendula,
  • Fight the infection: topical (pollacen), black eye Susan
  • Internal injuries: garlic, Yarrow, Oregon grape.
  • Detoxification: pentane, dandelion root, marshmallow
  • Arnica: good for sprains. Never take internally
  • Place to buy herb seeds: MountainRoseherbs.com
