Here are my concluding notes of a lecture that talked about body language. It was presented by a company named 3 Keys. Here are some of more of the notes I took. The subject of body language has always fascinated me. This information can be useful in giving speeches, writing characters and story telling.

Eyes are the librarian to your mind.
Fingers: when you rub your fingers, it means wife controls his life.
Index finger represents independence.
5:30 5 AM is appointed time to get inspiration. Stay up and 45 minutes and it can help you get your life by making important decisions.
The pinky finger represents health. If someone is pulling at the pinky finger that means illness is coming. You want a quick benefaction.
Improve your chances in the dating scene. With the present, a great deal of energy that makes people want to be around you. Each morning, face the mirror for 20 seconds. Tell the mirror how great you are every morning. Doing this is like preparing for a trip. The positive language to you is like gas in a car. It represents you have a gas for car to travel further or maybe a jet. Speak with your whole body and make comments about yourself. What you say will eventually come true.
If you don’t decide what you want, others will decide for you.
